Our experienced
staff will come to your party and cook the "finest" of barbecue
faire. We bring everything needed to cook and serve for your party.
An $800 minimum is required for cooking on location. Serving time is
one hour to maintain food quality. Seconds are encouraged. Price includes
buffet style service and the meat is sliced to order. The highest quality
disposable plates, utensils and napkins are supplied.
From appetizers to dessert, we do it all. We have a wedding cake specialist
on staff, as well as bartenders, servers and other service staff. We
can do your table set up, party rentals and make recomendations on other
party needs.
Additional charges apply for additional servers, cake cutting, table
service, gratuities, trash removal and other services.
